Supply Chain Planning - o9 Consultant

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planning Consultant with expertise in o9 Solutions to join our team in Northridge, CA. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and ensure successful delivery of complex supply chain technology initiatives. You ll work across industries and geographies to deliver impactful planning solutions, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Distribution Planning, MRP, Inventory and Replenishment Planning, and Network Optimization. You'll also support clients in selecting, implementing, and adopting modern supply chain tools, providing both functional knowledge and business process insights in a collaborative project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and project success.

• Support account strategy and engagement planning by leveraging the strengths of the consulting team.

• Lead the delivery of Supply Chain Planning solutions across sectors and geographies, with a focus on areas such as:

  • Demand Planning

  • Supply Planning

  • Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

  • Distribution Planning

  • Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

  • Inventory & Replenishment Planning

  • Network Optimization

• Guide clients through the selection, implementation, and adoption of supply chain planning technologies.

• Provide business process and functional expertise while collaborating with consultants, remote teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.

Essential Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning processes, including Demand/Supply Planning, S&OP, and Inventory Optimization.

• Experience in at least two full lifecycle implementations using leading supply chain platforms such as:

  • o9 Solutions (preferred)

  • JDA Blue Yonder

  • SAP APO/IBP

  • Kinaxis

  • Anaplan

  • E2Open

  • Arkieva

  • Oracle ASCP

  • OM Partners

  • Or custom-built solutions using AI/ML-driven algorithms

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in the Supply Chain Planning domain with strong technical exposure.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to adapt to new supply chain platforms; training will be provided where necessary.
