Summary: The Supply Chain Planner role involves executing forecasting and inventory management within a flexible or remote working environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute forecasting, prepositioning, and engineering BOM management.
  • Engage with ITIM and conduct inventory analytics.
  • Manage tap boxes, critical environments, ZTN, Corpnet, telecom fibre, and telecom fitout requirements.
  • Track issues and opportunities related to OKR/KPI’s.
  • Facilitate production meetings with stakeholders to monitor plan execution and impacts.
  • Create and publish production planning reports.
  • Conduct analytics to ensure security of supply.
  • Perform manual data entry to maintain inventory status.
  • Utilise manufacturing best practices for effective supplier collaboration.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in supply chain management.
  • Intermediate programming skills, especially in Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and inventory management.
  • Prior exposure to Data Centres is a plus.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and collaborate across teams.
  • Adaptability to changing business priorities.
