Key Responsibilities:
- Execute forecasting, prepositioning, and engineering BOM management.
- Engage with ITIM and conduct inventory analytics.
- Manage tap boxes, critical environments, ZTN, Corpnet, telecom fibre, and telecom fitout requirements.
- Track issues and opportunities related to OKR/KPI’s.
- Facilitate production meetings with stakeholders to monitor plan execution and impacts.
- Create and publish production planning reports.
- Conduct analytics to ensure security of supply.
- Perform manual data entry to maintain inventory status.
- Utilise manufacturing best practices for effective supplier collaboration.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
Key Skills:
- Experience in supply chain management.
- Intermediate programming skills, especially in Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and inventory management.
- Prior exposure to Data Centres is a plus.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and collaborate across teams.
