  • Monitoring and adjusting production schedules in response to machine breakdowns, labour constraints, material shortages, or changes in customer demand.
  • Balancing site capacity utilisation, changeover duration, and order priorities to optimise efficiency, and minimise downtime and waste.
  • Liaising with site Production/Manufacturing Managers remotely to confirm feasibility of planned schedules.
  • Reviewing forecasts and sales orders to ensure accurate production requirements are planned.
  • Maintaining optimal stock levels of finished goods to effectively manage available space and minimise shortages.
  • Monitoring slow moving and excess inventory and work with stakeholders to reduce obsolescence.
  • Ensuring production aligns to agreed loading schedules and transport capacity.
  • Raising and managing material orders to ensure availability.
