Company Description P.Happi® is a pioneering UK-based women’s health startup advancing intimate care through microbiome science. Founded in 2020 by scientist and long-term UTI sufferer Dr Chiara Board, P.Happi® has developed and commercialised a unique, natural bacterium (Bdellovibrio B.Y.M. 1405) that targets gram-negative bacteria such as UTI-causing E. coli while preserving beneficial microbiome flora. This represents a completely new approach compared to traditional probiotics and cranberry-based products, and the company has developed the entire manufacturing process from the ground up. The active ingredient is produced in-house in our London lab, while the finished serum is manufactured through trusted contract manufacturing partners. Trusted by clinicians across menopause, pelvic health, urogynaecology, and GP practices, P.Happi® has already supported thousands of women across the UK. Our products are available via p-happi.com, Boots, Amazon, and a growing network of clinical partners.
