Supply Chain functional Consultant

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Consultant with strong Order-to-Cash (O2C) expertise to support a large-scale digital transformation program.

The consultant will work closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs), Process Owners (POs), business stakeholders, and technology teams to document business requirements, assess current-state processes, and map business needs to existing and future system capabilities.

Requirements & Process Management

• Lead workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders, GPOs, and Process Owners
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements
• Document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) processes across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and O2C domains
• Create process maps, user stories, business requirements documents, functional specifications, and gap assessments
• Ensure process requirements align with business objectives and transformation goals

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to GPOs and business leadership
• Facilitate consensus across business and technology teams
• Present findings, recommendations, and process improvements to leadership stakeholders
• Support governance, decision-making, and change management activities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation programs
• Proven experience documenting requirements for large-scale ERP or business transformation initiatives
• Strong hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash processes in manufacturing environments
• Experience working directly with Global Process Owners, Business Process Owners, and executive stakeholders
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to influence without authority and work across global teams
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced transformation environments
