Summary: The SuccessFactors Integration Analyst will manage end-to-end integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll, along with various third-party systems. This remote position requires collaboration with HR, IT, and external partners to ensure efficient integration design, development, testing, and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of EC and Payroll data models and be adept at issue resolution across HR and Payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver integration solutions for SuccessFactors EC, EC Payroll, and related modules, including standard and custom integrations.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end integration lifecycle: requirement gathering, design, vendor coordination, testing, deployment, and support.
- Work closely with third-party vendors to define data requirements, timelines, SLAs, and error-handling processes.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions by preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
- Manage integration flows between SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, finance systems, time tracking, benefits, and on-premise applications.
- Perform data mapping, transformation logic, validations, and integration monitoring.
- Ensure integrations comply with security, compliance, and performance standards.
- Lead or support unit, system, and end-to-end integration testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation: integration specs, flow diagrams, mapping documents, and error logs.
- Collaborate with other SF module leads to identify system enhancements and process optimization opportunities.
- Be flexible to learn additional SuccessFactors modules and participate in training to enhance consulting skills.
Key Skills:
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central (EC) and EC Payroll integrations.
- Added advantage: Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Dell Boomi, and Workforce Software (Time, Absence, Scheduling).
- Strong understanding of EC data models, EC Payroll replication, and integration best practices.
- Ability to work independently and in team environments with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to convey both technical and non-technical concepts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, and different shifts to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel (auto/air) as required for business objectives.
- Strong time management, facilitation, and process management capabilities.
