Summary: The SuccessFactors Analyst role is a contract position focused on supporting the HRIS team with system administration across various SuccessFactors modules. The candidate will manage user tickets, configurations, and reporting while ensuring data integrity and compliance. This position requires a quick integration into the team and ownership of SuccessFactors administration processes. The ideal candidate should have prior experience with SuccessFactors implementations or third-party support roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary admin support for SuccessFactors across all modules (except LMS)
  • Provide Tier 1-3 support: triage and manage tickets (via ServiceNow or similar), investigate root causes, and resolve issues within SLAs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders globally to diagnose and troubleshoot issues through the system
  • Maintain data integrity and support regular audits (e.g., SOX, EEO-1) with appropriate reporting
  • Prepare data import templates for mass uploads (e.g., merit changes)
  • Monitor and test biannual SuccessFactors release updates and ensure functionality aligns with business needs
  • Deliver reports using SuccessFactors Table, Canvas, and Story reporting tools
  • Support the RAISE (Reinforcing And Improving System Experience) Roadmap to optimize user experience
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives based on user feedback
  • Ensure HR data governance compliance and support People Analytics initiatives
  • Work with other systems like Qualtrics, Ingentis, and Payroll data flows (as needed)

Key Skills:

  • 2+ years of hands-on SuccessFactors administration experience (not accepting entry-level candidates)
  • Strong experience across multiple SuccessFactors modules (LMS not required)
  • Solid understanding of system troubleshooting, configuration, and ticket management
  • Experience with SuccessFactors reporting tools: Canvas and Table (Story reporting is a strong plus)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: self-sufficient, collaborative, and stakeholder-facing
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage deliverables independently
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Payroll systems/integrations and data flow processes (preferred)
  • Experience with Qualtrics, Ingentis, or similar organizational chart/design tools (preferred)
  • SuccessFactors EC Certification or other relevant SuccessFactors certifications (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree (not required, but preferred)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Analyst to join our HRIS team on a contract basis.
This individual will act as a generalist across all SuccessFactors modules (except LMS), supporting ongoing system administration, triaging user tickets, managing configurations, and delivering critical reporting.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with a SuccessFactors implementation partner or in a third-party support role.
This is a backfill position-we are looking for someone who can quickly integrate into the team and take ownership of SuccessFactors administration and related processes.
