Role Description We are seeking skilled Subcontractor Fencing and Retaining Walls Installer Squads for installation projects. This contract position involves the preparation and assembly of fencing and retaining wall systems, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Tasks include on-site installation, material handling, interpreting construction and design plans, and troubleshooting as needed. This is a remote role, covering various geographically distributed project sites. Flexibility and reliability in managing assignments independently or as part of a team are essential.

Qualifications Proficiency in the installation of fencing, retaining walls, and access gate systems. Ability to read, interpret, and execute construction plans and engineering designs. Strong understanding of safety protocols, material handling, and regulatory compliance. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Experience with tools and equipment needed for construction and installation projects. Previous experience in civil engineering, construction, or a related field is an advantage. Ability to work remotely and travel to different project sites as required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments. Relevant certifications or licenses, such as safety and equipment operation credentials, are a plus.
