Summary: The Structural Revit Technician role involves working with a multidisciplinary consultancy specializing in the Data Centre market, focusing on structural modelling for a significant overseas project. The position offers fully remote working arrangements and competitive hourly rates, with a minimum commitment of 12 months. Key Responsibilities:
- Produce, develop and maintain in-depth Revit 3D models, including setting up and maintaining families, schedules, sheets, views, and annotations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professional teams to ensure models align with agreed requirements, resolve issues, and maintain model integrity.
- Create concise drawings, elevations, sections, and specifications at a high standard using Revit models, ensuring compliance with project plans.
- Support the implementation of BIM standards, quality assurance procedures, and workflows, guaranteeing compliance with client and company BIM principles.
- Assist with design and documentation stages, supporting internal teams by working on visualisations, revisions, as-built updates, and mark-ups.

Structural Revit Technician Searching for Structural Technicians UK Wide — we’re currently working with a well-known multidisciplinary consultancy currently specialising in the Data Centre market. You will be involved in the structural modelling of a large overseas Data Centre project with a minimum 12 months scope of work. Our client is looking for a skilled Revit proficient Technician to join the team where fully remote working on competitive market rates can be offered.
- Hourly rates Outside IR35 (large rate variation depending on experience). - Fully remote working arrangements – Hybrid working into London/ Manchester can be offered
Requirements:
- Proficiency using Revit
- Exposure to complex projects– industrial, Data Centres etc
- Solid understanding of BIM systems and processes, with a focus on clash detection, version control, and model verification.
- Effective communicator, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficient attention to detail, with strong organisational skills, and an ability to manage time, and prioritise workload, effectively.
