Verticals & National Expansion
We are expanding TalentFlow across 12 priority verticals, and each vertical requires several Directors to lead employer acquisition, secure recruitment projects, and build long-term sector relationships: Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare, Education, Public Sector, Professional Services, Engineering, Logistics, Retail, Hospitality, Construction, Non-Profit.
You will be assigned a vertical based on your background, strengths, and sector experience.
Role Purpose
As a Strategic Partnership Vertical Director, you will represent Genies Career Hub at a senior level, driving high-value employer relationships, TalentFlow recruitment projects, and sector partnerships.
You will lead strategic outreach, pitch TalentFlow to employers, and secure recruitment projects that fuel ecosystem growth.
This role is ideal for experienced professionals seeking flexible working patterns while earning high commission through senior-level commercial activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure TalentFlow recruitment projects using the 8% / 10% fee model.
- Build senior employer relationships within your assigned vertical.
- Pitch TalentFlow to SMEs, corporates, and universities.
- Sell corporate coaching packages and outplacement solutions.
- Bring employers onto the Free Job Board.
- Attend virtual meetings and represent Genies professionally.
- Log all leads and activity in the CRM.
- Maintain brand and messaging compliance at all times.
Quick Wins (First 30–60 Days)
- Immediate access to scripts, templates, sector lists, and outreach tools.
- Fast onboarding through the Partner Portal and training library.
- Ability to secure employer sign-ups within your first week.
- Early commission opportunities through TalentFlow project acquisition.
- Rapid vertical penetration using pre-built outreach sequences.
Progression Opportunities
- As Genies Career Hub continues national expansion, Directors have clear progression pathways: Senior Vertical Lead (overseeing multiple Directors), National Partnerships Lead (cross-vertical leadership), Head of TalentFlow Partnerships (ecosystem-wide leadership), Corporate Partnerships Lead (enterprise-level accounts), Training & Development Lead (supporting new Directors).

What Success Looks Like
- 3–5 qualified employer conversations per week.
- Monthly TalentFlow project acquisition.
- Strong vertical penetration and repeat business.
- Clean CRM logging and consistent reporting.
- High-quality employer relationships and long-term pipeline growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- Senior-level communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, or B2B sales.
- Strong pitching ability and confidence in virtual meetings.
- Highly self-motivated, organised, and output focused.
- Comfortable working independently within a structured ecosystem.

This role supports full-time, part-time, or flexi-time working.
