WEB ANALYST, DIGITAL INTELLIGENCE AND INSIGHTS

Job Title: Strategic Web Analyst, Digital Intelligence and Insights (Remote)

About the Role

  • Digital Experience organization is building the intelligence layer that will power the next generation of digital marketing performance. The Web Analyst, Digital Intelligence and Insights is a critical part of that foundation.
  • This is not a traditional analytics role. The goal is not dashboards it is decisions. You will own the day-to-day measurement performance, translating complex web data into clear, actionable intelligence that drives how the Digital Experience team operates, prioritizes, and performs.
  • You are not a "numbers person." You are a digital marketer who uses data to tell a story, challenge assumptions, and move the business forward. You work fast, communicate proactively, and bring a point of view not just a report.
  • This role sits within the Digital Intelligence and Insights function and reports directly to the Director of Digital Intelligence and Insights.

What You'll Do

Performance Monitoring & Insights

Own end-to-end monitoring of traffic, conversions, and page-level performance. You will establish a regular cadence of actionable insights not just data pulls that inform how the Digital Experience team allocates attention and resources. This includes building and maintaining dashboards that track the direct impact of major marketing campaigns, product launches, and content initiatives.

Data Storytelling

Translate technical metrics into compelling narratives for leadership. You make the "what" and "why" clear for non-technical stakeholders and you bring a recommendation, not just a number. High-fidelity Adobe Analytics dashboards are your primary canvas.

Strategic Consultation

Act as an embedded analytics consultant for the Digital Experience team. You proactively identify performance gaps, surface optimization opportunities, and ensure every new web initiative is built for measurement from day one.

UX & Behavioral Analysis

Partner with the UX and Digital Product teams to merge qualitative signals (surveys, heatmaps, session data) with quantitative analytics to identify user friction and propose data-backed solutions.

Reporting Infrastructure

Support the build-out of a scalable, self-serve reporting function across the Digital Experience organization. You will help establish recurring reporting processes that empower teams to access and act on data without bottlenecks.

Agile Execution

Use Jira to manage your workflow, track requests, and maintain visibility across competing priorities in a fast-moving environment. You are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously and don't lose momentum when priorities shift.

What You'll Need

  • Experience: 4-8 years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or a related function, ideally within a high-volume B2B or SaaS environment
  • Adobe Analytics mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Analytics (Analysis Workspace, Reports & Analytics, and Report Builder). You are comfortable building complex segments, calculated metrics, and fallout visualizations. Candidates will be asked to demonstrate this during the interview process
  • Data storytelling: Proven ability to take large datasets and turn them into a simplified, actionable narrative that leadership can act on. You interpret data and bring a recommendation you don't just pull numbers
  • AI fluency: Comfortable and confident using generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.) to synthesize data, accelerate analysis, and improve the quality and speed of your output. This is a non-negotiable in how we work
  • Remote-first communication: Experienced working in Slack-based, remote-first environments. You are responsive during core working hours, proactive about flagging blockers, and don't need to be chased for updates
  • Self-sufficiency: Proven track record of working independently as an individual contributor. You manage up effectively, communicate proactively, and drive projects from ideation to completion with minimal oversight
  • Adaptability: You move fast, embrace ambiguity, and adjust quickly when priorities shift. You are comfortable receiving rapid, iterative feedback and treat progress over perfection as a operating principle, not a consolation prize
  • Commercial orientation: You frame data as a means to go-to-market decisions, not as an end in itself
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Bonus Points

  • Experience with behavioral analytics platforms such as ContentSquare, Quantum Metric, Amplitude, or FullStory
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud including Target, CJA, or AJO
  • Hands-on experience using Jira for task tracking and agile workflows
  • Background in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or other complex B2B environments
  • Experience contributing to UTM taxonomy or campaign tracking infrastructure
