Summary: The Strategic Account Director role is a high-impact position focused on driving long-term growth for key clients through strategic account management. This remote-based position requires building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and delivering tailored solutions that meet clients' evolving needs. The role involves leading complex negotiations and collaborating across the business to ensure exceptional client outcomes. This position is a 6-month fixed-term contract for maternity cover, starting in June 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Identify and deliver revenue growth opportunities across accounts
- Drive renewals, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals and amendments
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions
- Lead service reviews, governance meetings and client reporting
- Produce high-quality presentations and strategic reporting
- Manage escalations and lead resolution strategies
- Monitor account performance and track key KPIs
- Use data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Champion continuous improvement and client experience initiatives
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organisation
