Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administrate Datacenter Management.
• Configure, tune, secure, and administer Dell PowerMax block storage.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot server environments including ESXi hosts and bare metal servers.
• Administrate, configure, and manage file shares.
• Utilize Dell Open Manage Enterprise (OME) for management tasks.
• Oversee Dell PowerEdge compute firmware lifecycle and manage firmware upgrades on Dell storages.
• Troubleshoot Ethernet and Fiber-channel connectivity issues.
• Create baselines for managing ESXi hosts and VM hardware/tool versioning.
• Deploy and configure virtual machines (VMs) and manage VMware operations for performance troubleshooting and capacity planning.
• Manage Dell IDPA appliances for backup and restoration processes.
• Implement storage replication technologies and understand storage encryption and compression features.
• Write standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Compliance team to address security needs and provide recommendations.
• Participate in datacenter migration projects from planning to deployment phases.
• Manage and administrate Windows servers.
• Exhibit excellent troubleshooting skills related to performance, connectivity, and system resources.
• Administer and monitor using SCOM tools.
