Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day STEP activity, including enhancements, workflow updates, UI adjustments, and break/fix work.
  • Lead requirements discussions and gather functional details from stakeholders.
  • Document current and future processes, use cases, requirements, and solution frameworks.
  • Configure the STEP platform data model updates, workflows, WebUI components, and basic business rules.
  • Apply workflow and UI best practices to improve usability and overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with the Solutions Architect on data model updates and platform design decisions.
  • Deliver demos of new features, proofs of concept, and configured solutions.
  • Use train the trainer approaches to help business teams build STEP knowledge and self-sufficiency.

We re looking for a hands-on Stibo STEP Workflow & UI Developer to support an enterprise MDM environment. This role focuses on ongoing enhancements, BAU support, break/fix work, and continuous improvements across the STEP platform. You ll work closely with business partners and the Solutions Architect to deliver well-designed, scalable configurations.
