Must-Have Skills:
- Experience managing stakeholder communications and engagement to support program transitions and organizational change.
- Strong change management skills, including developing communication plans, targeted outreach, and feedback channels to drive adoption.
- Ability to prepare and deliver executive presentations and leadership briefings for diverse stakeholder groups.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting government programs or large-scale technology transitions
- Experience developing stakeholder engagement strategies and change readiness initiatives.
