Job Description:
A hands on technical leader who codes daily while guiding senior developers across multiple services. Owns cross team architecture for Java/Spring Boot systems running in Kubernetes, sets engineering standards, improves reliability, and drives platform-wide initiatives (observability, CI quality gates, performance guardrails). Expected to deliver complex features personally, mentor senior engineers, and use Copilot and Claude Code to accelerate design, implementation, and documentation. Must be immediately productive with Java, Spring Boot, distributed system patterns, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
It would be great if we can get more candidates that have this type of experience:
Used LLMs to generate unit test cases, refactor legacy modules, and accelerate code reviews. *Evaluated AI-generated outputs for enterprise security, data privacy, and compliance standards before adoption in production environments.
I expect this as the minimum for potential candidates.
