10+ years of experience in a hybrid role such as Creative Technologist, UX Engineer, Design Technologist, Prototyper, or Front-End UX Developer, with a strong focus on prototyping and UX collaboration.
Proven ability to build coded prototypes using modern front-end approaches within React and/or Angular environments.
Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and building accessible UI patterns.
Strong proficiency in Figma (FigmaMake, FigmaAI etc), with demonstrated experience translating designs into prototypes in close partnership with product designers.
Experience working with a design system and using Storybook to understand and apply component behavior and usage guidance.
Demonstrated experience tokenizing design systems (token structure, semantic naming, themes/modes) and collaborating to keep tokens usable across design and code.
Demonstrated experience creating Markdown documentation, instructional guides, and repeatable workflow assets (including skill files / prompt recipes).
Hands-on experience using Claude as part of design and development workflows (ideation, scaffolding, refactoring, documentation drafting), with clear human review practices.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to present work and drive alignment with stakeholders.
