Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise test automation frameworks.
The role will drive automation strategy, mentor QA engineers, integrate testing within CI/CD pipelines, and ensure high-quality software delivery for enterprise healthcare applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain enterprise-level automation frameworks.
- Define automation standards, strategies, and best practices.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform code reviews and mentor automation engineers.
- Develop reusable automation components and utilities.
- Troubleshoot complex automation issues and root causes.
- Support API, UI, backend, and batch testing automation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare and security requirements.
- Drive automation adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.
Mandatory Skills
- 7+ years of Software Testing experience
- 5+ years of Test Automation experience
- Automation Frameworks: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Tosca, or UFT
- Programming: Java and Python
- CI/CD: Jenkins, Azure DevOps
- Agile, SDLC & STLC
- SQL & Database Validation
- Enterprise Application Testing
- Test Automation Framework Design & Development
- Automation Strategy & Leadership Experience.
