Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze legacy workflow platforms and identify migration patterns
- Design, develop, and maintain Temporal workflows, activities, and orchestration patterns
- Lead migration of legacy BPM/workflow solutions to Temporal, including workflow analysis and conversion
- Support workflow versioning, resiliency, and long-running process execution
- Build and support integrations with APIs, event streams, databases, and enterprise applications
- Develop reusable workflow frameworks, adapters, and accelerators to improve delivery speed and consistency
- Create unit, integration, and workflow validation tests
- Execute testing, validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of workflow solutions
- Support deployment, observability, CI/CD, and production stabilization of Temporal-based applications
