Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user acceptance testing and handle test design and execution of test cases.
  • Identify and generate data reports from backend data repositories.
  • Work with integrated eligibility systems with minimal guidance.
  • Upgrade knowledge related to state policy documents and verify data compliance.
  • Convert policy or business requirements into verifiable data query scripts.
  • Validate key performance indicators (KPI) metrics.
  • Support field operations teams as needed.
  • Guide system design sessions.
  • Prepare documentation for application changes for state leadership.
  • Collaborate with vendors and state agencies for system integration and data validation.
  • Review SQL queries and validate data script results.
