Summary: The Sr Systems Analyst role requires a professional with 8-10 years of experience in user acceptance testing, data reporting, and system integration within social service programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user acceptance testing and handle test design and execution of test cases.
- Identify and generate data reports from backend data repositories.
- Work with integrated eligibility systems with minimal guidance.
- Upgrade knowledge related to state policy documents and verify data compliance.
- Convert policy or business requirements into verifiable data query scripts.
- Validate key performance indicators (KPI) metrics.
- Support field operations teams as needed.
- Guide system design sessions.
- Prepare documentation for application changes for state leadership.
- Collaborate with vendors and state agencies for system integration and data validation.
- Review SQL queries and validate data script results.
- Design eligibility-related software application suites.
- Identify problems and integrate technical skills to resolve issues.
- Translate technical concepts for both technical personnel and non-IT business users.
- Develop solutions, test plans, and job aids for new business processes.
- Analyze business processes and map techniques.
- Generate ad hoc reports using visualization tools, preferably Tableau.

- Organize, prioritize, and follow complex technical and financial procedures.
- Communicate effectively in oral and written forms.
- Possess a bachelor's degree or higher (preferred).

* At least 5 years experience working with social service programs (SNAP,
TANF, RIW, CCAP, SSP, Child Support, LTSS, Medicaid, other social
programs) and associated business processes of a social services
organization.

* Ability to organize, prioritize and follow complex and detailed technical and
financial procedures highly desired.
