Summary: The Senior Specialist in Learning Development & Delivery is responsible for leading onboarding and training initiatives for new hires in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role requires a dynamic individual who excels in virtual training settings and is passionate about effective learning strategies. The position is fully remote and operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
