Sr. Software Developer (Low-Code)

Description

We are looking for a Sr Associate of Low-Code Development to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing low-code solutions to enhance workflow efficiency. You will collaborate across departments to ensure software compliance, drive adoption, and deliver cutting-edge tools to support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement low-code solutions to streamline and automate workflows.

Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance for better efficiency.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional applications.

Manage the roadmap for technology tools, from initiation through decommissioning.

Create user guides, deliver training sessions, and ensure smooth integration of third-party platforms.

Establish software standards and compliance protocols, working closely with Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Research and evaluate emerging tools to maintain a competitive and innovative tech stack.

Adapt project management approaches, such as agile or waterfall, to enhance collaboration and continuous improvement.

Incorporate AI considerations into development processes to align with industry trends.

Requirements

Proven experience in designing and deploying low-code solutions.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze system performance.
Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Experience managing technology roadmaps and overseeing the lifecycle of tools.
Proficiency in creating user documentation and delivering training sessions.
Knowledge of software compliance standards and procedures.
Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies for project management.
Understanding of AI technologies and their application in workflow automation.
