Summary: The Sr. ServiceNow Developer role requires an experienced professional with over 12 years of expertise in ServiceNow, focusing on ITSM development and integrations. • Experience 12+ years in ServiceNow
• Having ITSM development knowledge especially in scripting.
• Should have experience in Integrations using Web spoke, Rest, Integration Hub.
• Must have experience in integrations like Github, Google ccai, Tanium and many along with customizations.
• Hands on experience in Virtual Agent in creating New Topics (not OOO)
• Adequate knowledge in HRSD module and development of onboarding/offboarding and many
• Must be able to handle stake holders under pressure.
• Must have knowledge in creating knowledge Articles
• Exposure to ITOM module
