Summary: The role is for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with extensive experience in ServiceNow, particularly in Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM). Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, particularly in CSM and ITSM.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other applications using REST, SOAP, and other methods.
  • Configure automated processes such as workflows, business rules, and scheduled jobs.
  • Utilize Performance Analytics for reporting and analysis.
  • Engage in portal development using Angular, HTML, and CSS.
  • Implement and manage ServiceNow APIs, including REST and SOAP.
  • Provide hands-on experience in Customer Service Management instances.
  • Work with UIBuilder and HRSD modules as needed.

Key Skills:

  • 9-10 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow developer.
