Summary: The role is for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with extensive experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM). The position is remote and requires a strong background in ServiceNow development, including integration and customization. The contract duration is expected to be between 10 to 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, particularly in CSM and ITSM.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other applications using REST, SOAP, and other methods.
- Configure automated processes such as workflows, business rules, and scheduled jobs.
- Utilize Performance Analytics for reporting and analysis.
- Develop portals using Angular, HTML, and CSS.
Key Skills:
- 9-10 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow developer.
- Strong JavaScript skills.
- Experience with UI Builder.
- Hands-on experience with Customer Service Management, including integration and customization.
- Knowledge of ITSM and HRSD.
- Experience with ServiceNow API, including REST, SOAP, and MID server APIs.
- Automation skills for configuring workflows and business rules.
- Performance Analytics experience.
