Qualifications
- A current ServiceNow® Certified System Administrator (CSA) and a current ServiceNow® Certified Application Developer (CAD), both verifiable in the ServiceNow Certification Portal.
- A current ServiceNow® Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM), verifiable in the ServiceNow Certification Portal, and five (5) prior implementations of the ServiceNow ITSM module (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog/Request).
- A current ServiceNow® Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM) (CIS-DF), verifiable in the ServiceNow Certification Portal, and three (3) prior implementations of Configuration Management (CMDB/CSDM). [Newer specialization – reduced implementation count.]
- A current ServiceNow® Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery (CIS-Discovery), verifiable in the ServiceNow Certification Portal, and five (5) prior implementations of the ServiceNow Discovery module.
- A current ServiceNow® Certified Implementation Specialist – Security Incident Response (CIS-SIR), verifiable in the ServiceNow Certification Portal, and five (5) prior implementations of the ServiceNow Security Incident Response module.
- A current ServiceNow® Certified Implementation Specialist – Field Service Management (CIS-FSM), verifiable in the ServiceNow Certification Portal, and five (5) prior implementations of the ServiceNow Field Service Management module.
- A current ServiceNow® Certified Implementation Specialist – Platform Analytics (CIS-PA), verifiable in the ServiceNow Certification Portal, and three (3) prior implementations of ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- A current ServiceNow® Micro-Certification – Service Portal, verifiable in the ServiceNow Certification Portal, and five (5) prior implementations of the ServiceNow Employee Center / Service Portal.
- A current ServiceNow® Micro-Certification – Virtual Agent Implementer, verifiable in the ServiceNow Certification Portal, and three (3) prior implementations of ServiceNow Virtual Agent.
- A current ServiceNow® Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM) Implementation Delivery Accreditation, verifiable in the ServiceNow Certification Portal, and three (3) prior implementations of Now Assist for ITSM.
