Summary: We are seeking 2 highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineers in Test (Sr SDETs) who integrate AI as a core component of their workflow. The ideal candidates will utilize tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to efficiently develop automation frameworks, test suites, and command-line interface (CLI) tools. This role emphasizes the creation of AI-assisted testing solutions and collaboration with development teams to enhance testing processes. Candidates should have a strong background in automation engineering and a passion for leveraging AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain API & integration tests using Karate (DSL, JUnit5, Maven, Cucumber, JDBC)
- Develop UI automation using Playwright (Python)
- Create AI-assisted CLI tools (Python) for testing, data validation, and log parsing
- Integrate automation into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and ensure stability
- Generate test scripts from OpenAPI specs, JIRA stories, and requirements using AI tools
- Design and manage synthetic test data (JSON/XML/Oracle scripts)
- Develop contract tests for microservices (Kubernetes/OpenShift)
- Collaborate with dev teams to shift testing left
