- 5 - 9 years as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead

- Proven experience with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Design, DevOps)
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder alignment
- Proficiency with Agile tooling like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification (nice-to-have)
- Experience in regulated domains - HIPAA, FDA, or similar (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with CI/CD environments, health tech, or clinical systems (nice-to-have)
- Exposure to scaled Agile in multi-team setups (nice-to-have)
