Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices within the team.
- Drive performance and collaboration among cross-functional teams including development, product management, and QA.
- Ensure adherence to GxP regulations and Scrum principles in project delivery.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
- Implement servant leadership and conflict resolution strategies to enhance team dynamics.
- Document and maintain SDLC processes and GxP software implementation practices.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in healthcare, particularly in Consumer, Pharma, or Medical Devices.
- At least one year of experience with Agile Development techniques (Scrum, XP, Kanban).
- Two years of experience as a Certified Professional Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master.
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive performance in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence/HipChat.
- Knowledge of GxP software implementation and SDLC documentation.
- Strong skills in servant leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of scrum master experience in fast-paced delivery environments is required.
- Experience in a health care environment (Consumer, Pharma, Medical Devices) is preferred
- At least one year experience with Agile Development techniques (Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.) is required.
- Two years of experience as a Certified Professional Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master is required.
- A BS degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent organization, planning and communication skills.
- Proven experience working with and driving performance of cross-functional teams (i.e. development, product management, production, QA, etc.).
- A track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Prior experience with Jira and Confluence/HipChat
- Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year in for a software development team in a GxP environment that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory is requir
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- GxP software implementation is required
- Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)
