Sr. Salesforce Lead Developer

Location: Remote

Mandatory: Salesforce Health Cloud experience

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience designing and developing technical solutions on Salesforce for large-scale platforms.
• 3+ years of Salesforce Health Cloud development experience is mandatory.
• 4+ years of experience with Lightning Framework / LWC in Service Cloud or Health Cloud.
• 2+ years of experience building OmniStudio solutions.
• Strong experience with both declarative and programmatic Salesforce development approaches.
• Ability to own technical solutions end-to-end, from design through implementation.
• Strong Salesforce development background with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with internal customers, peers, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Flosum, Copado, DevOps Center, Git, or Jenkins is preferred.
• Salesforce PDII certification is preferred.
• Salesforce Health Cloud Superbadge/certification is a plus.
• Healthcare or Life Sciences industry experience is a plus.
