Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Lightning components using Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Implement integration architectures for data and process integration within Salesforce and with external systems.
- Perform proof of concepts and develop solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning technologies.
- Collaborate with a geographically distributed team.
- Troubleshoot performance issues, perform performance tuning, and resolve technical challenges during development.
- Learn and apply Salesforce Service Cloud architecture best practices.
- Work on Salesforce technologies including Salesforce Lightning, Classic, Agentforce, Einstein, Einstein Chat, and integrations (REST, Outbound Messages).
Key Skills:
- Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Hands-on experience developing Lightning Components (Aura & LWC).
- Strong understanding of Apex classes, triggers, and SOQL queries.
- Familiarity with Salesforce automation using Flows and Triggers.
- Basic knowledge of API principles (REST and SOAP integrations).
- Version control experience (Git).
