Job Title: Salesforce Administrator (Marketing Cloud)
Location: Remote (Resides in Pacific Time)
Employment Type: 2+ months contract
Compensation: $70.00 to 75.00 per hour (based on experience)
What You'll Do
- Ongoing HubSpot-to-Salesforce implementation and optimization efforts.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, establish processes, resolve CRM challenges, and improve system performance.
- Integration of acquired company data into Salesforce, including data mapping, cleansing, consolidation, deduplication, validation, and migration planning.
- Ensure data integrity and alignment with existing revenue operations processes and reporting structures.
- Translate business requirements into detailed Jira stories, oversee development work, and perform QA prior to production releases.
- Support integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, websites, marketing automation platforms, product systems, payment workflows, and related GTM technologies.
What You'll Bring:
- Deep Salesforce Administration expertise (certifications preferred) with 7+ years' experience in Salesforce Cloud, ideally Salesforce Data Cloud. Salesforce Marketing Cloud highly preferred.
- HubSpot Salesforce migration experience
- Solid experience in B2B SaaS
- CRM data migration, mapping, deduplication, and integration expertise
- Experience working across Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Gong, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, and related GTM technologies
- Ability to lead projects, direct tasks to technical (offshore) resources, and drive execution independently.
