Sr QA Engineer Ranorex Automation Specialist/ Trainer

Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Sr QA Engineer with over 14 years of experience, specializing in Ranorex automation, to join our QA team. The role involves designing and maintaining automated test scripts, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, and performing exploratory and regression testing within the healthcare domain. Strong collaboration with development teams and participation in requirement reviews are also key aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using Ranorex Studio for desktop, web, and mobile applications.
• Integrate Ranorex tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
• Perform exploratory and regression testing to ensure the stability and performance of applications.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a testing perspective.
• Maintain and improve automation frameworks and test environments.
• Develop test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software QA, with at least 5 years hands-on experience in Ranorex test automation.
• Experience in C# or similar languages, especially in the context of writing Ranorex tests.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., TestRail, JIRA).
