Summary: The role of Sr. QA Engineer involves designing, developing, and executing test cases while ensuring high-quality software development through best practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Independently design, develop and execute test cases.
- Develop both manual and automated tests.
- Implement best practices to achieve high-quality standards.
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews and technical discussions to ensure high-quality software development.
- Triage of reported issues that come from CXP and go to Engineering.
- Work confidently and carefully across all operating domains for our product.
- Assist Engineering reproduce items from CXP.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME)/coordination for feature questions from CXP.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years software testing experience.
- Experience with testing frameworks like Playwright, Appium, Karate.
- Knowledge of different test techniques and best practices.
- Comfortable testing Web API applications.
- Problem Solving and Triage experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable setting up Windows Hardware.
- Experience with Agile development methodology (e.g. Scrum) preferred.
