Summary: For this contractor assignment, the IT Quality Assurance Analyst (QAA) ensures software applications and systems meet business and user expectations through effective testing practices. This role focuses on functional, regression, and integration testing to validate that solutions perform reliably across workflows and environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test data
- Design and execute functional, regression, and integration test cycles
- Analyze requirements to define test scope, risks, and system dependencies
- Identify, log, and track defects, and support triage and resolution
- Collaborate within Agile teams, participating in sprint ceremonies and working closely with developers, product, and business partners
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum 4 years of related work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing.
- In lieu of the above, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of 4 years of related work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing.
- In lieu of the above, a minimum of 6 years of related work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing.
