Job Responsibilities
- Act as a point of escalation for product tradeoff and prioritization decisions.
- Help ensure the team is following strong product management practices and processes.
- Partner with Engineering leadership to identify and implement process improvements.
- Assist with escalations and incident response when needed (e.g., production issues).
- Coach and mentor PMs and POs in an advisory capacity (Product Lead will remain their people manager).
- Help guide UI/UX priorities and execution.
- Support roadmap execution based on the vision, strategy, and priorities set by product lead.
- Bring a level of seniority and experience that complements and extends the capabilities of the current team.
- Have strong experience designing and improving workflows and operational processes, not just AI expertise.
Ideal profile
A senior product leader/operator who can provide guidance, improve execution, partner effectively with Engineering, and help scale the team's product management maturity without requiring direct people management responsibilities.
