- Work with sponsors and Product Owners to confirm objectives, scope, requirements, success measures, funding, and responsibilities before execution.
- Experience delivering projects in regulated manufacturing, medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or another controlled environment, with working knowledge of regulated SDLC, GxP, and CSV or CSA principles.
- Build and maintain a practical project plan covering milestones, resources, budget, dependencies, supplier work, testing, validation, training, and deployment readiness.
- Create and maintain required PMO documents and reporting, including schedules, status reports, risks, issues, actions, decisions, and change requests.
- Plan validation and compliance work with the Business Process Owner, Technical Owner, and CSV Quality Representative. Ensure required approvals are obtained before production release without assuming the formal authority of those roles.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or comparable tools
