Summary: The Cybersecurity Project Manager will oversee project management for acquisition projects within the Cybersecurity portfolio, requiring a strong background in large-scale cybersecurity project acquisitions. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of Cybersecurity M&A projects, including strategy development, requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Cultivate a proactive approach to risk management by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with cybersecurity projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for specific Cybersecurity projects, fostering strong relationships with business leaders, IT teams, compliance, and external vendors.
- Develop and manage project budgets, allocate resources, track expenditures, and report on project financials to leadership.
- Lead a team of service and delivery leads, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence aligned to McKesson's ICARE and ILEAD values.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field; a master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP) preferred.
- 10+ years of professional experience and 6+ years in IT, with a minimum of 4 years in cybersecurity project management.
- Effective leadership, training, and presentation skills, with experience in leading diverse teams.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity portfolio and program management.
- Strong knowledge of the NIST/NICE framework and its application in cybersecurity program management.

Education/Training
- Bachelor s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field is required. A master s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP) in relevant disciplines are preferred.
Business Experience
- 10+ years of professional experience and 6+ years of progressive experience in IT, with a minimum of 4 years in cybersecurity project management.
