Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong BioMed/Clinical Engineering background to lead large-scale healthcare technology and device implementation initiatives. This role involves managing end-to-end project execution across multiple healthcare facilities, ensuring effective planning and stakeholder alignment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary BioMed/CE liaison for project teams, vendors, CTS, operational leadership, and IS groups.
  • Identify priority medical devices, dependencies, and implementation requirements aligned to project timelines.
  • Drive strategy and execution plans for device deployment, including TRB assessments, Nuvolo updates, integrations, and operational support models.
  • Coordinate vendor activities from procurement through installation, including staging, logistics, and make-ready tasks.
  • Lead BioMed/CE budget planning and ongoing financial reviews.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with construction, clinical workflows, and IS teams to ensure alignment.
  • Maintain project documentation, updates to reporting tools, and structured communication for stakeholders.
  • Develop repeatable processes and a playbook for BioMed/CE device implementations within larger construction or expansion projects.
