Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong BioMed/Clinical Engineering background to lead large-scale healthcare technology and device implementation initiatives. This role involves managing end-to-end project execution across multiple healthcare facilities, ensuring effective planning and stakeholder alignment. Ideal candidates should be highly organized and adept at navigating complex health systems while managing device-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary BioMed/CE liaison for project teams, vendors, CTS, operational leadership, and IS groups.
- Identify priority medical devices, dependencies, and implementation requirements aligned to project timelines.
- Drive strategy and execution plans for device deployment, including TRB assessments, Nuvolo updates, integrations, and operational support models.
- Coordinate vendor activities from procurement through installation, including staging, logistics, and make-ready tasks.
- Lead BioMed/CE budget planning and ongoing financial reviews.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with construction, clinical workflows, and IS teams to ensure alignment.
- Maintain project documentation, updates to reporting tools, and structured communication for stakeholders.
- Develop repeatable processes and a playbook for BioMed/CE device implementations within larger construction or expansion projects.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of project management experience within healthcare environments.
- Direct experience in BioMed/Clinical Engineering project work (required).
- Strong background coordinating medical device integrations, clinical technologies, or hospital equipment implementations.
- Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across diverse geographic locations.
