Sr Program Manager Nvidia/Data Center

Summary: The Sr Program Manager for Nvidia/Data Center is responsible for leading complex infrastructure deployments in data center environments, acting as a liaison between internal teams and client stakeholders. This role involves managing the end-to-end delivery of NVIDIA rack and cabling installations and broader data center projects. The position requires extensive project management experience, particularly in data center settings, to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and operational excellence. The role is remote and focuses on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle project management of NVIDIA rack deployments, structured cabling, and data center infrastructure installations.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients owning communications, expectations, and escalations.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and status reporting.
• Drive alignment across engineering, operations, product, legal, and finance teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain a deep understanding of client-specific requirements, business goals, and data center technologies.
• Manage vendor coordination and ensure compliance with SLAs, regulatory guidelines, and security protocols.
• Track KPIs and project performance; provide regular executive updates and insights.
• Facilitate post-project reviews to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Create and maintain resource plans ensuring effective resource allocation across a portfolio of projects.
• Utilize project management tools and techniques to improve execution and drive efficiency.
• Implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope and execute risk management plans.
• Understand and manage key project financial components to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
• Ensure quality and timely execution of deliverables across projects.

Key Skills:

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Infrastructure Project Manager.
• 5+ years of project management experience in data center environments.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional infrastructure projects involving NVIDIA hardware, rack and stack, structured cabling, and power/cooling systems.
• Strong understanding of data center operations, infrastructure standards, and deployment best practices.
• Experience in a Professional Services or Managed Services environment is required (must have led external customer-facing projects).
• Understanding of financial processes; ability to analyze and create financial reports.
• Ability to work independently and aggressively track to project timelines.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency with project management software. Nice to Have
• Background in engineering, data center design, or infrastructure service delivery.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA DGX systems or similar high-performance compute platforms.
• Agile or SAFe certification.
• Experience working in vendor or systems integrator environments.
• Project management experience in Networking, Storage, Virtualization, Cloud, or Security.
