Key Responsibilities:

- Manage large project teams (20+ active individuals) across various topics such as IT/data, Marketing Campaigns, Research, Health Care Operations, and Data/Analytics.
- Utilize project management skills and tools to ensure successful program delivery.
- Facilitate the production of deliverables and engage in hands-on learning of subject matter.
- Implement change management strategies effectively.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Program/Project Management.
- Experience in technology-driven environments and projects.
- Knowledge of Agile & Waterfall methodologies in large PMO settings.
- Skills in Process Improvement & Change Management.
- Familiarity with various PM tools, with a preference for Jira.
- Understanding of Databricks and/or PowerBI is a plus.

Seeking ~10+ years of relevant experience:
Program/Project Management
PM experience in/around technology driven environments and projects

Tools/Technology: Open to any/different PM tools or Apps - No standard tools in this role but high level Jira understanding will be helpful/preferred
