Summary: The Sr. Product Manager will lead the management of a globally marketed oncology tissue IVD assay within the precision medicine sector. This role involves defining strategy, supporting global commercialization efforts, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure product success and market expansion. The position requires a strong background in molecular diagnostics and a deep understanding of oncology markets. The role is remote and is structured as a 7-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining and maintaining the business strategy for a globally available comprehensive genomic profiling (CGP) assay used in oncology.
  • Collaborating with commercial and marketing teams to plan and execute annual sales targets.
  • Partnering cross-functionally to enable product adoption, including with medical affairs and regional stakeholders.
  • Conducting market assessments, identifying trends and gaps, and evaluating the competitive landscape.
  • Supporting global product lifecycle activities, including product updates and market expansion initiatives.
  • Serving as the voice of the customer and representing product management on core teams to guide tradeoff decisions and prioritization.
  • Aligning portfolio activities across teams to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Providing strategic guidance on the CGP assay and engaging with key customers and partners to understand and address market needs.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience developing and sustaining molecular diagnostic products in LDT or IVD environments.
  • Deep understanding of oncology molecular testing markets and clinical workflows from sample to result.
  • Familiarity with global regulatory and reimbursement frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to synthesize market data into actionable insights and execute on both strategy and operational detail.
  • Expertise in market research, VOC analysis, market modeling, and pricing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency for business modeling.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
