Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with strong healthcare domain knowledge and expertise in managing complex healthcare technology products. The candidate will define product strategy, gather business requirements, manage product roadmaps, and collaborate with engineering, clinical, compliance, and business teams to deliver scalable healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to launch.
- Work with EHR/EMR systems, healthcare workflows, and interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
- Define requirements for AI/ML-driven clinical decision support, predictive analytics, and population health management.
- Translate regulatory and business requirements into scalable product architecture, security controls, and data governance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, patient data privacy, and security requirements.
- Create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and business stakeholders in Agile environments.
- Monitor product KPIs, user adoption, and performance metrics.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, EHR/EMR, HL7, FHIR, and healthcare APIs.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI, and healthcare data security.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, and product roadmaps.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
Highly Preferred
- Experience with Epic/Cerner, healthcare data analytics, and AI-enabled healthcare solutions.
