Summary: Seeking a senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) practitioner to drive adoption and business value for GEN AI initiatives. This role ensures AI solutions are understood, adopted, and used effectively by translating technical capabilities into clear messaging, behavior change, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and refine OCM plans for GEN AI initiatives
  • Drive stakeholder readiness, adoption, and behavior change
  • Develop and deliver clear, consistent communications
  • Engage and influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization
  • Support training and scalable enablement models (e.g., champions)
  • Identify and mitigate adoption risks and resistance
  • Contribute to adoption metrics (usage, engagement, behavior change)

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math) and a minimum of four years of work experience in technical infrastructure, IT Process design/process improvement or IT Project Management positions.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of six years of related work experience in technical infrastructure, IT Process design/process improvement or IT project management positions.
