Technical Skills
- 6-8 years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, or Reporting solutions.
- 5+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience.
- Expertise in:
- Power BI Desktop
- Power BI Service
- DAX
- Power Query (M Language)
- SQL and T-SQL
- Data Modeling
- Data Warehousing Concepts
- Experience with Azure Data Platform (Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks).
- Knowledge of SSIS, SSRS, and ETL tools.
- Experience with REST APIs and cloud data sources.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Power BI implementation projects from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
- Provide strategic guidance on BI architecture, governance, and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers, analysts, and consultants.
- Drive adoption of self-service analytics across business functions.
