Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle HCM Cloud solution design and architecture, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Provide technical and functional guidance across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Compensation modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Design and oversee integration strategies between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party applications.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and reporting strategies are implemented effectively.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting efforts.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership on Oracle HCM best practices.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in Oracle HCM solutions with at least 3 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

• Strong knowledge of HCM Data Loader (HDL), BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fast Formulas.
