Summary: The role of Sr. Oracle HCM Fusion Technical Analyst involves managing and building Oracle HCM Fusion integrations, with a focus on data management and conversion support. The analyst will coordinate integration discussions with vendors and ensure timely execution of integration builds, tests, and go-lives. This position is remote and will impact approximately 10,000 users across various regions. The project is expected to conclude in early 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and build Oracle HCM Fusion integrations.
- Coordinate meetings between stakeholders for integration build, test, and go-live.
- Support data conversion discussions between implementation partners and customers.
- Implement Oracle modules including Time & Labor, Benefits, and Absence Management.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years of senior-level Oracle HCM Fusion IT analyst experience.
- Experience running integration discussions with vendors for HCM implementations.
- Experience with data loads and data conversion in Oracle HCM Fusion.
- Experience building integrations for Oracle HCM.

Individual must have experience in supporting data conversion discussions between implementation partner and customers. This project will most likely conclude in January or February of 2026 and will impact approximately 10,000 users.
Individual will partner with current HR Solution Owner in IT to support live entities in APAC and LATAM. Currently, North America runs Ceridian and UKG; and ADP will be implemented as part of the transformation for payroll in the U.S. & Canada.
Will implement the following Oracle modules in addition to ADP for Payroll:
Time & Labor
Benefits
Absence Management.
