Job Description
Our customer is hiring a senior Oracle HCM Fusion analyst who has managed and built Oracle HCM Fusion integrations and played an active role in data management and conversion support. The Analyst must have experience on an Oracle implementation project team that had more than 20 integrations as part of the implementation. Also required is experience coordinating meetings between all stakeholders to ensure proper timeliness of integration build, test, and go-live.
Individual must have experience in supporting data conversion discussions between implementation partner and customers. This project will most likely conclude in January or February of 2026 and will impact approximately 10,000 users.

Individual will partner with current HR Solution Owner in IT to support live entities in APAC and LATAM. Currently, North America runs Ceridian and UKG; and ADP will be implemented as part of the transformation for payroll in the U.S. & Canada.

Will implement the following Oracle modules in addition to ADP for Payroll:
Time & Labor
Benefits
Absence Management.
