Summary: We are looking for a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Technical Consultant with over 15 years of IT experience, specializing in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll technical development. The role requires extensive hands-on experience in payroll technical components, reporting, integrations, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will focus on developing scalable and high-performing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with occasional travel to clients. This is a long-term contract position aimed at permanent or visa-independent consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and support Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain complex Fast Formulas for payroll calculations, validations, and business rules.
  • Design and develop HCM Extracts for payroll reporting and outbound integrations.
  • Build and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports and XML/RTF templates.
  • Develop and support payroll integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, HDL, and file-based interfaces.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting, validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning.
  • Troubleshoot production issues involving Payroll, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver scalable Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions.
