Summary: The Sr Oracle eBusiness Suite Developer will play a crucial role in ERP Modernization efforts, utilizing over 5 years of experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.1.3 and PL/SQL to enhance existing business processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Patching and Compliance: Collaborate with stakeholders to address compliance-related needs, coordinate and validate within Oracle eBusiness Suite, ensure code quality and adherence to best practices, utilize UC4 for job scheduling and workload automation, and support monthly Oracle refreshes.
- Application Service Requests: Provide timely support for application-related service requests and communicate with end-users to gather requirements and clarify needs.
- Incident Troubleshooting and Resolution: Investigate and resolve system incidents promptly, manage a typical ticket volume of 50-70 tickets per month, analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Change Management: Participate in change management processes, including impact assessments and risk analysis, and implement approved changes following established procedures.
- Patching and Maintenance: Collaborate with system administrators to apply patches and updates, conduct unit testing and quality assurance before releasing changes for user acceptance testing (UAT).

Existing staff will be available for Knowledge Transfer and support on complex issues.
