Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle Applications / Oracle Fusion Cloud Functional Consulting.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle CX Service and Service Logistics.
- Strong understanding of field service, service parts, inventory, fulfillment, work orders, and service management processes.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation, configuration, testing, and production support.
- Strong knowledge of SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, and release processes.
- Working knowledge of OIC, REST/SOAP integrations, FBDI, OTBI, and BI Publisher is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
